QLC’s Support Plans are meant to ensure that our products deliver their design commitment- ‘Install, configure & forget!’ by providing a powerful combination of proactive monitoring along with specific issue-handling for your email system to function smoothly.

Our Support plans offer you complete peace of mind by providing periodic support to ensure seamless working of your email system. The plans layer email, telephonic, remote access and onsite support – to help you get the best out of PostMaster and/or BackTrack.

AMC Plans

  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Telephonic

The Gold Plan includes higher number of onsite personnel visits in addition to unlimited telephonic and email support. This plan is ideal for Corporates with large number of users and high level of dependency on IT infrastructure.

  • Four visits in one year
  • Unlimited free telephonic support for one year
  • Unlimited priority email support for one year
  • Remote-FTP for configuration files for one year

The Silver Plan offers support services through on site personnel visits in addition to unlimited telephonic and email support. This plan is ideally suited for mid-sized Corporates. To make the services more effective, the plan has been divided into various user slabs.

For 6 to 25-users slab
  • Installation visit
  • One visit in one year
  • Unlimited free telephonic support for one year
  • Unlimited priority email support for one year
  • Remote-FTP for configuration files for one year
For other user slabs
  • Installation visit
  • Two visits in one year
  • Unlimited free telephonic support for one year
  • Unlimited priority email support for one year
  • Remote-FTP for configuration files for one year
