The Silver Plan offers support services through on site personnel visits in addition to unlimited telephonic and email support. This plan is ideally suited for mid-sized Corporates. To make the services more effective, the plan has been divided into various user slabs.
For 6 to 25-users slab
- Installation visit
- One visit in one year
- Unlimited free telephonic support for one year
- Unlimited priority email support for one year
- Remote-FTP for configuration files for one year
